GENERAL:

• HIGHONTRIPS or its vendors are not responsible for any lost items during the trip.
• Travelers must take care of their luggage & belongings. HIGHONTRIPS / company/ vendor shall not be responsible for any damage or any missing items along the tour.
• HIGHONTRIPS will not take any responsibility of the rooms assigned in terms of floor no, location (side/corner/middle room) at the time of check-in. The rooms will be assigned based on the availability in the SAME category as promised.
• HIGHONTRIPS is not responsible to provide early check-ins or late check-outs. It completely depends on the availability of inventory. If rooms are available, HIGHONTRIPS will be more than happy to provide you comfort.
• HIGHONTRIPS will not take any responsibility of non-availability of certain amenities due to maintenance or any unforeseen events at the property selected and agreed in the package.
• HIGHONTRIPS will not encourage any miss behaviour or unlawful act with its vendors or drivers, if any such event is noticed HIGHONTRIPS reserves rights to cancel any activity or package with no refund.
• HIGHONTRIPS insists the guests to follow the itinerary and any alterations must be requested and changed by the HIGHONTRIPS representative in written. No alterations or risks will be taken by HIGHONTRIPS if made as per guests own/ drivers/ or any vendors directions.
• Any damage intentional or unintentional by client to the property or vehicle or any property of HOT vendors used in providing services during the trip will be the responsibility of client even if noticed after the trip.

TRANSPORTATION:

• Chauffeur driven vehicles strictly follow itinerary mentioned in package. Vehicles are available for fixed timings. Any overtime shall be charged as extra cost.
• The Air Conditioning will be switched off in the hills. Also, during the trip, it shall be the Driver’s discretion to put off the AC as & when required, considering the travelers’ safety & ease of travel along uneven & dangerous routes.
• Any additional sightseeing other than mentioned in the itinerary will come with extra cost.
• Any lost baggage or forgotten baggage pick up will be with additional charges.

INSURANCE & CLAIMS:

• Unless explicitly provided by HIGHONTRIPS in any specific service or deliverable, obtaining sufficient insurance coverage is the obligation/option of the user and HOT doesn’t accept any claims arising out of such scenarios. Insurance, if any provided as a part of the service/ product by HOT shall be as per the terms and conditions of the insuring company. The User shall contact the insurance company directly for any claims or disputes and HOT shall not provide any express or implied undertakings for acceptance of the claims by the insurance company.
• HIGHONTRIPS shall not in any way be liable to user or to user’s dependents, legal heirs, successors or to any other person(s), for any loss, damage, disability or injury sustained by user or for death.
• HIGHONTRIPS and any/all person(s) authorized by them shall not be liable to pay any compensation, by whatever name called, to user or to user’s dependents, legal heirs, successors, assigns or to any other person(s) herein before not mentioned.

CANCELLLATION & REFUND:

• No refund shall be made in the event of unpredictable changes in weather.
• No refund shall be made before or during the trip in the case of any unexpected or unfortunate personal event.
• No refund shall be made in the event of cancellation of any activity due to local festivals, holidays, agitations, political instability which are the part of the package.
• No refund shall be made in the event of flight cancellations or delay or missing the flights.
• No refunds shall be made towards any inclusion(s) not availed by the Client.

LIABILITIES:

• HIGHONTRIPS shall not be responsible for any delays & alterations in the programme or expenses incurred – directly or indirectly – due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accident, breakdown of machinery or equipment’s, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, political closures or any untoward incidents.
• HIGHONTRIPS shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
